Target in 6 months

Triple your revenue in 6 months by building the operation that can carry it.

From here the problem stops being the store and becomes the system: catalog, operations, retention and the team holding it up.

01 The numbers

What has to move

Tripling on the same model does not come from pulling one lever. It comes from three moving at once.

Today Target
Monthly visits 25,000 45,000
Conversion rate 1.6% 2.2%
Average order value €25 €30
Revenue €10,000 €29,700

Nearly double the traffic, six tenths of conversion and five euros of order value. None of those is heroic on its own: the hard part is holding all three at once without the operation buckling.

This is for you if
  • You do between €10,000 and €25,000 a month
  • You already spend on acquisition, consistently
  • You have, or could have, someone dedicated to the store
  • The bottleneck is starting to be operational, not sales
This is not for you if
  • You do less than €10,000 a month — the right plan there is Engine 10K
  • You have nobody who can run day-to-day tasks
  • You expect growth to come from the store alone, without touching product or catalog
  • You are not willing to measure and to kill what does not work
02 How it works

The five layers

At this volume, fixing the store is not enough. We work the whole system, from the surface down to the plumbing.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

The full map of the business

Margin by product, acquisition cost by channel, repeat-purchase cohorts and operational bottlenecks. The whole picture, not just the store.

  2. 02

    Catalog

    Selling what actually leaves margin

Catalog architecture, bundles, price laddering and merchandising. At this size, what you push matters as much as how much you sell.

  3. 03

    Conversion

    A programme, not a redesign

Continuous experimentation on the templates that hold the traffic. Two tests a month with a stopping rule, not opinions.

  4. 04

    Operations

So growing does not multiply the work

Automations, integrations and documented processes. If doubling orders doubles your team’s hours, growth eats you.

  5. 05

    Retention

The margin is in the second purchase

Segmentation, lifecycle and repeat orders. It is what lets you pay more per customer than your competition and still make money.

03 The proof

Stores that are open today.

None of them is a portfolio mock-up. Hover over any of them to see the whole page, or walk in and buy something: they are all in production right now.

06 Questions

What people ask me

No. I work with your team or your media agency, but I do not run campaigns. My job is that every euro they bring in converts more often and comes back more times.

There is no lock-in: it is billed monthly and you can stop whenever you want. Six months is how long retention takes to show its effect, not a contractual padlock.

That usually works well. They bring the traffic, I take care of what happens after the click. What I will not do is duplicate work that is already being done.

You keep the system documented and your team trained. If you want to continue, there is a much lighter monthly arrangement.

1 project a month. That's it.

This is not marketing: I do the work on every project myself, so the limit is real. If this month is full I will tell you, and you start the next one.
