The consultant who also
gets into the code.
I put ecommerce strategy and technical execution in the same pair of hands. I don’t hand over a report and leave: I stay until the changes are in production and you can see whether they worked.

I’m Aarón Briceño, an ecommerce consultant. I help brands sell more with the store they already have, and help people starting out build one without burning six months on decisions that take a week.
I have spent more than seven years in ecommerce and the same seven working with Shopify. I came up through development, which is why my recommendations don’t stay theoretical — I know what each change costs, which one can ship on Tuesday and which one means rethinking the whole theme.
How I work
I start with the numbers and the funnel, not with the design. Once we know where the sales are leaking, we prioritise by impact and I build it myself: no handover, no agency in the middle, and no waiting for someone else to understand the brief.
No bloated apps, no fragile patches, no generic templates.
Sales leaks are rarely dramatic: they are details that, added together, take half the business. Finding them is half the job; the other half is actually fixing them.
- 01
No bloated apps
I replace heavy apps with Liquid code when a lighter solution makes sense. Every app that stays, stays for a reason.
- 02
No fragile patches
Problems get solved at the source, not on top of it. A fix you have to remember is not a fix.
- 03
No generic templates
Every section is built around the clarity, speed, merchandising and path to purchase of that particular store.
